Company Paid Holidays Guidelines

  • At Vynca, we understand the importance of taking time off to relax and recharge, which is why we offer 11 paid holidays each year. These holidays provide plenty of time to enjoy personal moments and celebrate key occasions with your loved ones.

  • You don’t need to be here the day before or after a holiday to receive holiday pay, and you don’t need to add these days to your timesheet.
  • If a holiday falls on a weekend, we will observe it on the nearest weekday (Friday before or Monday after), depending on the day of the week.
  • If you’re planning to take additional time off around these holidays, submit your request as early as possible since only a limited number of requests can be approved each day.
