
Vynca offers a referral bonus to employees who refer successful candidates for full-time positions. This policy is effective retroactively to January 1, 2025. Referrals made on or after this date are eligible for the incentive, provided all other conditions are met.
All active full-time and part-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, with the exception of managers referring candidates to positions on their own teams. People Operations staff and members of the hiring committee involved in the recruitment decision for the referred role are also ineligible.*
Lead Care Managers, Coordinators
Medical Assistants & Outreach Specialist, etc.
Referral Bonus: $250
Payout Timeline: After 90 days of the referred employee's start date.
Account Executives, Managers, Community Liaisons, etc.
Referral Bonus: $500
Payout Timeline: $250 after 90 days, $250 after 6 months from the referred employee start date.

Bonuses are considered taxable income and will be processed through payroll
Referrals must apply using the referral link provided to them by the employee. Log in to Ashby using your Google credentials and click into your Account Settings to create said individual referral link. Otherwise, you may manually add in your referral’s resume and contact information.
The referred individual must not be a former employee rehired within the past 12 months or someone who has already applied to the same role in the last 6 months.

*Manager Referral Restriction: Managers who refer candidates to positions on their own teams (i.e., direct reports or team members they oversee) are not eligible for the referral incentive.
This ensures impartiality and prevents potential conflicts of interest in the hiring process.
