Internal Transfer Eligibility Requirements

Please be advised of the following eligibility criteria for consideration when applying for an internal transfer:

Employees who are new to the company must have completed a minimum of six (6) months in their current position before becoming eligible for an internal transfer.

Employees may apply for internal transfer opportunities at any time, provided that the timing of the transfer aligns with both the employee reaching six months of service and the required start date of the new position. In all cases, a minimum of six (6) months with the company must be completed before a transfer can take effect.

Candidates must have received a satisfactory or higher rating on their most recent performance evaluation and must not have any active or recorded disciplinary actions within the preceding twelve (12) months.

Meeting the above criteria does not guarantee selection. All eligible candidates are required to participate in the formal interview process and must successfully meet all expectations associated with the new role.

Please note that these are the minimum requirements to be considered for internal mobility. Failure to meet any of the above conditions could result in ineligibility for transfer consideration.
