MetLife Dental
Vynca offers two dental plans through MetLife: the Base Plan and the Buy-Up Plan. Both plans cover preventive care, basic, and major dental services. The Base Plan includes orthodontia coverage with a $1,000 lifetime maximum per person, while the Buy-Up Plan provides enhanced coverage with a $2,000 lifetime maximum per person.
Employees can choose from four coverage tiers: Employee Only, Employee + Child, Employee + Spouse, and Employee + Family.
