Vynca offers four medical plans through Blue Shield of California to support a range of healthcare needs: PPO 250, PPO 750, PPO 1750, and HDHP 3400. Each plan is designed with different deductible levels, premiums, and coverage options to provide flexibility based on individual or family preferences. The PPO 250 plan features the lowest deductible but comes with higher monthly premiums, making it ideal for those who anticipate regular medical care.
The PPO 750 and PPO 1750 offer moderate to higher deductibles with more balanced premium and coverage options. The HDHP 3400 is a High Deductible Health Plan that qualifies for a Health Savings Account (HSA), allowing employees to save on taxes while benefiting from lower monthly premiums.
Employees can choose from four coverage tiers: Employee Only, Employee + Child, Employee + Spouse, and Employee + Family. Because deductibles and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan and coverage tier, employees are encouraged to review the official plan summaries carefully to determine which option best meets their needs.
