
Our company uses Rippling through Truework to securely handle employment and income verification requests for situations like applying for a mortgage, loan, or background check.
- A verifier (such as a lender or background check company) submits a request through Truework.
- Truework contacts Rippling to obtain your employment and/or income details.
- You will receive an email notification from Rippling about the information request.
- Based on your sharing settings, Rippling will either approve or deny the request.
- If approved, Truework provides the verified information to the requesting party.
You can view the available verification request settings from your Account Settings in Rippling.
Click on your profle picture in the upper right hand corner in Rippling
Go to Account Settings
Select Employment verification settings > click Edit to update your settings.
The available options include:
- Instantly approve any employment and income verification requests.
- [Default Setting] Instantly approve trusted verifiers; ask for all other verifiers, but approve after 12 hours.
- Always ask to share your information, but approve the request after 12 hours.
- Always deny the request on your behalf.
Once you choose your option click save.
Direct the verifier to www.truework.com. The verifier will need to create an account on their website, and once they create an account, they can then start a verification. You’ll receive an email from Rippling notifying you of the request for verification.
