MetLife Vision

Vynca's vision plan provides comprehensive eye care coverage, including a $10 copay for eye exams and an allowance of up to $150 for frames, with frames and lenses covered every 12 months. For contact lenses, there is a $60 copay, and they are also eligible for coverage every 12 months, allowing employees flexibility in choosing their vision care needs.

Employees can choose from four coverage tiers: Employee Only, Employee + Child, Employee + Spouse, and Employee + Family.
